Board of Adjustments
The Board of Adjustment hears and determines appeals of administrative decisions and requests for variances in the case of peculiar and unusual circumstances which would prevent the reasonable use of land and such other matters as may be required by the City Council or by law.

Economic Development Corporation
The Economic Development Board is authorized to expend funds for both economic development projects and community quality of life projects.

Historic Review Board
The Historic Review Board is tasked to advise the historic review officer concerning all applications for review in historic districts or historic landmarks and perform any other advisory functions delegated by the City Council.
