General Information

The City Secretary has been designated as the public information coordinater primarily responsible for administering the responsibilities of the City of Pilot Point under the Texas Public Information Act, Chapteer 552 of the Texas Government Code.

How to Obtain Information

Submit a written request (mail, fax, email, on in person) that includes a detail description about the information requested. The request should also include name, address, and a daytime phone number of the requester.

. For Auto Accident Reports you must use the Peace Officer's Report.

. For all other Public Information use the Public Information Request Form, (Note that it is not necessary to use a specific form. It just needs to be in writing.)

You can submit your request one of the following ways:

. In person at Pilot Point City Hall, 102 East Main Street

. Mail your request to: City Secretary Alice Holloway, 102 E. Main St., Pilot Point, TX 76258.
